I ordered 5 wedges of cheese for which I paid €50 and to my surprise, I only received 1 wedge of the 5 I ordered and paid for. I sent photos to the supplier explaining what I am narrating, and so far I have not received the slightest response nor have they said anything about resending the 4 missing wedges or refunding me the corresponding amount for what I did not receive. I understand that anyone can make a mistake, but what I do not understand is that they remain silent in response. I will continue to try to recover what I paid for, and I will use all means at my disposal to achieve it. Consider yourselves warned!!!!!!!

Some cheeses are a bit sharp, too bad about this product otherwise nothing to say about the other products which are as usual compliant

Response from Maison Agour
Thank you for your feedback! Indeed, raw milk cheeses can sometimes have a slightly more 'sharp' taste. This is part of the characteristics of these authentic products, made in accordance with tradition. We are glad that you are satisfied with our other products and remain at your disposal for any information or recommendations according to your preferences.

Very good products. I only give 4 stars because the parcel relay is 30 minutes by car from my home.
Translated reviews
Response from Maison Agour
Thank you very much for your positive feedback on our products! We are really sorry to hear that the parcel relay chosen by the carrier is so far from your home. This can indeed be inconvenient, and we understand your frustration. We will pass this information on to our carrier to try to improve this point in the future. In the meantime, for your next order, feel free to explore our home delivery options or Chronofresh for more comfort.
