Customer service and reliability are reflected in positive remarks about responsiveness, professional handling, and dependable product quality, with customers returning for future orders and recommending the store to others.
Very bad. The delivery has been postponed for 5 days. Agour does not respond to emails and calls and texts... we are waiting for the refund hoping it will be effective on this point...

Prices are high but the products are very good. However, your transport provider DPD is AWFUL. And your customer service does not respond. So I will not order from AGOUR again.

Still enjoying and soon again some of the best cheeses and some cured meats except for the truffled dry sausage and the whole tenderloin since too dry and narrow in size compared to the sliced one, but I continue to enjoy the whole copa and the ham and ventrèche in large pieces
