Quality products, nothing to say but the delivery time by Chronofresh is not respected. Our last delivery, despite the extra 'Chronofresh delivery', arrived after 4 days.

This service is usually very reliable, but as you pointed out, unforeseen events can sometimes occur. That said, it is not normal that your order took 4 days to arrive. We will escalate this issue with our provider to understand what happened and prevent it from happening again. The advantage with Chronofresh is that even in case of delay, the products remain fresh.
