Customer service and reliability are reflected in positive remarks about responsiveness, professional handling, and dependable product quality, with customers returning for future orders and recommending the store to others.
Order not sent to the pickup point. Error on the product, porcini sausage, the sausage was made from sheep. However, nothing to say about the delay, about the freshness. The sheep cheese is very good.

Very serious company, very good quality products for the price, I highly recommend this company. Being from the South-West and not moving much due to confinement, I was able to bring a bit of my country home in the Drôme.

I am missing in the basket some local flavors, 4 slices of Bayonne ham and in the box of tiles a lot of crumbs. The cheese is fine.

Response from Maison Agour
Hello Jean Pierre, Thank you for your comment which will help us improve. Indeed, it is an error on our part. We will of course send you the missing slices of Bayonne ham, as well as a new box of tiles. As for the tiles, I cannot assure you that they will arrive intact as they break during shipping.. Do you give me permission to request the removal of your review once the products are sent? Thank you for your message and I hope the other products have given you greater satisfaction! Louise

I will no longer eat traditional raclette after tasting this one. The portions are impeccable, maybe a bit lacking in cheese compared to the charcuterie.
