Customer reviews of Maison Agour

Everything was in accordance with my request, I will come to visit you as soon as possible during a stay in Itxassou at Anne Marie and Jean Jacques (Txistulari)

Product still as good. Quick and problem-free transaction

Very good just a small point it's a bit expensive and not too many gifts with orders when it exceeds 100 euros we would like a little something extra good day

Very good quality, and for the delivery correct.

Package received today, fast delivery. However, regarding the products (sheep sausage, porcini mushrooms, chili) disappointing... The sausage itself clearly leaves something to be desired in terms of taste, it feels like eating a supermarket sausage. Having bought the same flavors in the Pyrenees, it's nothing compared to that! Very disappointed!

I tasted the sheep tomette in 1 week finished. It's an excellent product. I tested the cow tomette. I'm not a fan, but it's good, I prefer the sheep. My wife doesn't like Bayonne ham (false). Since she tasted the real Bayonne ham, she loves it. I recommend the Agour site. I have already contacted several times. Agour provides very good information about the products. I also took the Fresh Chronopost. I recommend it to keep the products we order cool. The only downside is that the transport price is high. But it's worth it for the cold chain to be respected throughout the journey. Knowing that Agour and I are 1042 km apart. I reordered, and I will order from time to time. I recommend. Waiting for new products to taste.

Everything is perfect

Very good products and extremely fast delivery. I highly recommend.

Everything seems very welcoming with photos of products that make us want...

It's good despite the wait

Very good choice of charcuterie and cheeses

Good however for the same product replacing two pages with one just by letting the customer modify whole cheese or quarter in a simple selection would make the order faster.

Very satisfied with the ordered products, the order and delivery went well.

PERFECT

Perfect

Cheese always meets my expectations. However, there were confusions regarding the delivery addresses.

Perfect!!!

Delicious ham. I recommend this product as well as the pure sheep cheese.

Disappointed by the lack of visibility on the delivery date.

Excellent in all areas.

Very good cheese but far from my expectations given the exaggerated advertising.

great

We took advantage of a free delivery offer to discover these tempting products. Good communication and fast delivery. Now all that's left is to enjoy the cheeses and hams during curfew to escape a little :) Thank you

Quality products, very well packaged.

Perfect, fast

Excellent products, fast delivery, friendliness on the phone... everything is perfect!

Nothing to report. Perfect

Received on time and in accordance with my expectations, not disappointed with the product so I will place another order.

Discovered the site by chance and very satisfied with the speed of processing my order. To be used without moderation. I highly recommend.

Very good, impeccable service, careful and attentive. I recommend! Quality of products perfect

Free shipping from €50, a good initiative! To be renewed.

3rd order so very satisfied with the Agour house. The cheeses are excellent. However, during my order on 26/02, the catalog and website prices were different.

If I recommend, it's because I appreciated the ordered products and will renew my order.

Your carrier is not a delivery person, he did not find my address. (a first) I had to go myself to the depot to pick up the package.

Excellent

Excellent cheese, everything is okay, the only downside is that the delivery person who was supposed to come to my house supposedly did not find me, and therefore left it at the relay point. The delivery person is used to this and thus this service is zero.

Good item but shipping costs too high

Very good site, very good products. Fast delivery.

Well-prepared package, received promptly, excellent products. Thank you!
