Hello, the access site (cheese, ham icons, etc.) needs to be improved in terms of choice visibility... I didn't instinctively guess that they were choice icons and for a second time I searched a bit... There need to be icons that stand out... In white, one might simply think they are a form of summary... Otherwise, once in the choice, it's very clear (in my humble opinion!!) we have everything, the weight, the price per portion, per kg, and the product details... And the best for last: very good quality products and delivery within 24/48h max, a guarantee of quality... I'll allow myself a small reproach: maybe free delivery at a slightly lower price... Thank you Agour!!

Hello, Our apologies for the abnormally long delivery time. The order was placed on the 10th and shipped on the 11th. Unfortunately, we cannot do better on our side. As part of our contract with TNT, it is stipulated delivery in 24h but unfortunately TNT has failed this time. The parcel was only presented on the 15th, which is 3 days of delay attributable to the carrier. You were absent and the parcel was therefore re-delivered the next day. The product you purchased (ham with bone) does not require cold storage, so between the cold packs and the cooler that can maintain a temperature below 20° for 2/3 days, the ham should not have suffered too much. Disappointed by the delivery method. The plastic ice packs that accompany the cheese are non-recyclable waste. It's such a shame! A delivery service like Chronofresh is certainly more suitable for this type of product.

Package received today, fast delivery. However, regarding the products (sheep sausage, porcini mushrooms, chili) disappointing...
