I had a disappointment, your almond tuiles in a box arrived in crumbs, three-quarters, I did not use them for a family coffee, even if the last whole ones were good, too bad.

Response from Maison Agour
Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion on our almond tuiles. We are sorry to hear that they arrived in crumbs. Unfortunately, during transport, it can happen that fragile products like tuiles suffer some damage. We are glad that the last tuiles were good, but we understand your disappointment and are truly sorry.

A very disappointing delivery... fresh products delivered late and dropped off at a relay point while I was at home...

Response from Maison Agour
We would like to thank you for your message and sincerely apologize for the disappointment related to your delivery. As we mentioned during our phone conversation, it happens that some carriers encounter difficulties in certain regions, which can lead to delays or drop-offs at relay points. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we are truly sorry for the inconveniences caused. For your next order, we offer the Chronofresh option, which guarantees better handling of the cold chain.

Very serious company, after forgetting an item, a small email from me and two days later the package was at home with an apology note and a small gift, thank you for your efficiency and your products.

The navigation on the site is smooth. The order and payment are easy. The cheese, ham, and sausage are of superior quality, the order arrived in Belgium after 4 days, transported with refrigerant elements and insulated bags. The protection is good for cold weather, but for transport in hot summer, I think the protection is insufficient.

Quality products, nothing to say but the delivery time by Chronofresh is not respected. Our last delivery, despite the extra 'Chronofresh delivery', arrived after 4 days.

Response from Maison Agour
Thank you very much for your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the quality of our products! We apologize for the delivery delay with Chronofresh. This service is usually very reliable, but as you pointed out, unforeseen events can sometimes occur. That said, it is not normal that your order took 4 days to arrive. We will escalate this issue with our provider to understand what happened and prevent it from happening again. The advantage with Chronofresh is that even in case of delay, the products remain fresh. Given that you enjoyed our products, we hope you might consider adjusting your rating, as the delivery depends on our carrier and not on our direct service. Thank you again for your understanding, and we hope to see you again soon.

Still enjoying and soon again some of the best cheeses and some cured meats except for the truffled dry sausage and the whole tenderloin since too dry and narrow in size compared to the sliced one, but I continue to enjoy the whole copa and the ham and ventrèche in large pieces
