The delivery was delayed and was finally shipped... On a Friday. So the cheese spent the weekend in the delivery depot and was delivered on Monday. The cheese was ready to make a raclette because it had heated up so much that one of them was no longer vacuum sealed. So yes, quite disappointed with this delivery which really went very wrong!

Your order was shipped via DPD to a Pickup point, in accordance with the delivery method selected when you placed your order. As stated in our delivery conditions, shipments by DPD are not carried out under controlled temperature. We also cannot guarantee that the carrier's depots or pickup points have refrigerated space to keep packages in case of immobilization, especially during a weekend.
It is precisely for this reason that we strongly recommend choosing Chronofresh for the delivery of our cheeses. This service ensures controlled temperature transport from our workshop to your home and thus offers suitable preservation conditions throughout the journey.
You also indicate that one of the cheeses was no longer vacuum sealed upon arrival. We invite you to contact our customer service at [email protected], specifying your order number and, if possible, attaching photographs of the affected products. Our team will be able to examine your situation.

Very good cheese, however, a pack of fine slices of ham was missing and I was not refunded nor received a letter to tell me what you intended to do. It's a shame you don't have better after-sales service to contact your customers because a letter is not too difficult to write, I think, and issuing a refund or a credit for a future order would be appreciated.
