Thank you very much for your positive feedback! If you prefer a slightly drier cheese, we recommend trying our Ossau-Iraty Vieille Réserve, which is aged for 17 months. This could perfectly meet your expectations!

AGOUR: okay, but the carrier no! I was supposed to receive the package 300 steps from my house, I received it 10 minutes by car from my house! at a relay point closed on Saturday and Sunday! for food, this is unacceptable!
