Not convinced by the texture of sheep's cheese associated with Espelette pepper in puree.

Response from Maison Agour
Mr. Nicolay,
We are sorry to learn that the combination and texture of our sheep's cheese with Espelette pepper in puree did not convince you.
This recipe has a very particular character, and we completely understand that it may not suit all tastes.
However, we thank you for taking the time to share your feelings, as your feedback helps us better understand our customers' expectations.
We remain at your disposal at [email protected] if you wish to specify further what you disliked (texture, intensity of the pepper, balance in the mouth), so that we can take it into account.
Best regards,
Maison Agour Etxea

Nothing to say about the purchased products, the quality is there....what a taste, bravo! However, the delivery, what a mess.....The package that was supposed to be delivered in Sud Gironde, left Dax in the Landes and got lost for 3 days in Lezignan in the Aude, before returning to Sud Gironde....The journey therefore lasted 3 days, whereas it should have been done in a maximum of 2 hours from Dax....This caused a lot of stress and the fear that the package would not be delivered for Christmas.....

Response from Maison Agour
Mr. Caleiro,
We are delighted to read that the quality and taste of our products have met your expectations, and we thank you for this very positive feedback.
However, we are sincerely sorry for the difficulties encountered with the delivery of your package. The route you describe (with a detour of several days) is indeed not normal, and we fully understand the stress generated, especially with Christmas approaching.
We specify that the announced deadlines remain dependent on the processing stages of the carrier, and that sorting errors can unfortunately lead to this type of detour. We deeply regret this situation and take your feedback into account.
We remain at your disposal at [email protected] if you wish us to consult the details of your delivery (with your order number).
Best regards,
Maison Agour Etxea
