It was my first order without knowing the products... I found that the plastic packaging does not contribute to the quality of the products: the tommette is not dry enough and, moreover, the blue cheese is not strong enough.

We are doing our best to find more eco-friendly alternatives, but for now, there is no viable solution to guarantee the quality and freshness of our products during online sales. Regarding the tommette, we advise you to let it dry for a few days in the open air (in a cool, dry place). As for the blue cheese, if you prefer stronger cheeses, feel free to let it age a bit yourself. The Agour team.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback! Chronofresh is a premium service that guarantees delivery in a refrigerated truck, but it comes at a high cost. We pay an average of €20 per shipment and have chosen to charge only €14.90 to absorb part of it. That said, we also offer an alternative with DPD for standard delivery. You can add an insulated bag and ice packs, which is more than enough, especially in winter, to keep the products in good condition. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions!
