My order was well packaged with refrigerant gels. However, the packaging was in crumpled cardboard and there was no mention of storage in a cool place. My parcel relay had space in the cold room.

The products are very good but the delivery took too long, the cheeses had sweated a lot... too bad. Maybe consider shipping from Monday to Wednesday so that the cheeses don't spend their weekend in a warehouse that is too hot for them in the summer.
