The store consistently delivers cheese and related products that customers describe as delicious and repeatedly praised for taste and quality, with many noting a real enjoyment of variety such as cow cheese with summer truffle and Basque cakes. Delivery is frequently highlighted as fast and well wrapped, with multiple mentions of maintaining cold chain and secure packaging, and customers appreciate efficient service and careful handling. Customer service and reliability are reflected in positive remarks about responsiveness, professional handling, and dependable product quality, with customers returning for future orders and recommending the store to others.
Very satisfied with my order, however, I would like to give you a personal opinion: I would have liked the cheese to be a little drier! But it remains an excellent top product.

Response from Maison Agour
Thank you very much for your positive feedback! If you prefer a slightly drier cheese, we recommend trying our Ossau-Iraty Vieille Réserve, which is aged for 17 months. This could perfectly meet your expectations!

Excellent cheese, perfect packaging but insufficient for Corsica as the ice packs were completely thawed and the cheese was warm (thankfully vacuum packed).

Some cheeses are a bit sharp, too bad about this product otherwise nothing to say about the other products which are as usual compliant
Translated reviews
Response from Maison Agour
Thank you for your feedback! Indeed, raw milk cheeses can sometimes have a slightly more 'sharp' taste. This is part of the characteristics of these authentic products, made in accordance with tradition. We are glad that you are satisfied with our other products and remain at your disposal for any information or recommendations according to your preferences.

Very good products. I only give 4 stars because the parcel relay is 30 minutes by car from my home.
Translated reviews
Response from Maison Agour
Thank you very much for your positive feedback on our products! We are really sorry to hear that the parcel relay chosen by the carrier is so far from your home. This can indeed be inconvenient, and we understand your frustration. We will pass this information on to our carrier to try to improve this point in the future. In the meantime, for your next order, feel free to explore our home delivery options or Chronofresh for more comfort.

Delivery arrived successfully and quickly. The only downside is that the cheese was not vacuum sealed, is that normal? Not having tasted it upon arrival, it stayed a few days in the refrigerator drawer and upon opening I noticed it had suffered. It remains very edible nonetheless.

Response from Maison Agour
Thank you for your feedback and we are glad that the delivery went well. However, you are right, the cheese should indeed have been vacuum sealed, and we apologize for this oversight. That said, it is not a problem for this type of cheese. It continues to mature even without vacuum sealing, and it remains perfectly consumable. We are at your disposal for any further questions and thank you for your trust.

Response from Maison Agour
Thank you for your feedback. We are delighted that you are satisfied with our products, but we understand that shipping costs may seem high.
