The quality of the tools ordered is perfect, but where I'm very disappointed is with the delivery. In fact, when you order, they don't tell you that the tools are out of stock, so you have to wait longer to receive them. I received my order quickly, but I'm not happy because I didn't receive my banjo in its original box, which was very practical for storing it. It was simply wrapped in bubble wrap. I'm going to have to store my banjo as it is, without any protection.
