You indicated that you asked the delivery person to leave the package behind your trash can in your absence. In this case, and in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale: "The deposit of the package at the request of the recipient without their presence on site engages their responsibility and not that of the carrier or MAJ-IMPORT."
