It is my first order I paid in three times by check because above 1500 eur not possible by card so delai increase.dommage. Te carrier never sent sms to mark the appointment. Coup de chance there were people at home for a package at 2300 eur is average.

Terrible sales service. XXL size T-shirt in the parcel... should I use it as a nightdress or as a rag? Otherwise speed of shipment ok, packaging not great, some are with box other loose without box, given the price of the product ....

Expensive shipping to Belgium. More expensive than Straitflex Original at Leroy-Merlin. And last but not least, the Straitflex Mid-flex 300 was already open and the tape looked torn (I didn't check the length of the roll but it's suspicious). All in all, I'm satisfied, given how hard it is to find these products in the shops...

The question is not how I would describe the site because I haven't spent enough time studying it, but what bothers me is that I would like to make other purchases but you don't take your customers' requests seriously. I asked you for full documentation on the syringe kit, why didn't I receive it? Or why hasn't a sales representative contacted me?

A little expensive

The products are good. The Nantes distribution platform is totally disorganized. You have to travel to get the products. 2 other customers present had the same type of problems without being able to obtain their products. It's time to consider another competent carrier. If... There is one.

I am satisfied with the site, however I had ordered new equipment and one item in my order was not in good condition!!!!

Product conforms to order. Very cordial telephone contact (and later by e-mail). Unfortunately, the delivery company was not up to scratch.

I received the item I ordered, but not in new condition. It had obviously already been used, with traces of plaster everywhere, scratches inside and no original packaging. Instead, there's a layer of dust and the color has faded. When you pay a high price, you're entitled to expect a flawless product, not a second-hand item that's been on your shelves for X amount of time. It's a shame, because you sell good tools, such as the coating knife, which met my expectations. Despite everything, the product works, but a small commercial gesture would be the least I could do. Thank you for giving me a concrete answer.

Your deliveryman (pdp) is not serious for a delivery planned on Friday (building site planned on the weekend) actual delivery on Tuesday... no escuse impossible to be compensated. Moreover delivery without any information on the schedule of delivery. Information about delivery on Monday, no delivery on that day and no information. Execrable service. If you continue to use this carrier (9€90) for such a rotten delivery seems exessive to me I will no longer buy from you. It's a pity because the equipment left your premises on time and is true to the order. Sincerely

Why accept PAYPAL and ask customers not to use this payment method? Shipping costs are exorbitant for Belgium. 45euros!!! I order a lot from "Racetools" and whether I order a box of screws or 30kg of gear, 18.65e for the same address.

The order processing, the website, the shipping speed, the choice and the prices are very satisfactory. However... I was told that my order would be shipped a week after I received it... Too bad. Online tracking needs to be improved. That won't stop me from going back!
