The material is pleasant, but the fit is really, really poor! I expected much better quality. Laid flat, it's more or less okay, but once fastened, the panty liner bunches up, doesn't conform to the shape of the underwear at all, and feels uncomfortable. It makes a big lump in your underwear! It feels mass-produced: I should never have bought so many!

Hello, I ordered from you after comparing several other websites, and I was really looking forward to receiving my products. I live on Réunion Island, so I had them delivered to a friend in the Paris region in July. She brought everything to me this week during a visit here in September. My patience was rewarded with lovely diapers that look just like they did on the website. The baby will be here in a month, and I already can't wait to put them on! However... Hello, could you tell us more? If leaks occur, there is a reason. Please note in particular that new diapers and inserts may leak because the fabrics have not yet been broken in and have therefore not reached their maximum absorbency. The inserts will reach their maximum absorbency after 10 to 15 soaks. Finally, did you follow our fitting advice? Sometimes an incorrect fit is enough to cause leaks. Please don't hesitate to get back to us so we can advise you.
Regarding delivery, unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery within 24 hours; like you, we depend on the transport company's performance.

We do not recommend disposable liners while babies are exclusively breastfed. They are very thin and are better suited to formed or semi-formed stools. In addition, the stools of breastfed babies are water-soluble and can be easily rinsed off with water, although they may stain.

I’ve been using cloth diapers for about two weeks, and so far there have been leaks—and not just minor ones. I think I’ve washed them at least 10 or 15 times, and they still aren’t waterproof. They’re pretty, but they aren’t doing their job at the moment.
Also, while they do create less waste, given the amount of water used to wash them, as well as the clothes and sheets, I’m not sure the environmental impact is all that great. I have to admit I’m very disappointed, especially since I spent over €200 in total because I really believed in them...
I’ll keep trying, though, and see whether they live up to their promise in the long run.
As for delivery and packaging, everything was perfect; I have no complaints.
