Very cute product, very comfortable for my baby, and very easy to put on. The only downside is the little strip of fabric around the leg openings on the TE2 diapers. I love it and highly recommend it.

Hello, when cloth diapers and inserts are new, they are not yet broken in, meaning they have not reached their maximum absorbency. To achieve this, you will need to wait until they have been washed 10 to 15 times. At that point, you will see that their absorbency is at its maximum. Disappointed that I paid for home delivery when my parcel was delivered to a pickup point. Also, the diapers cannot be used for children weighing 3 kg; they are too big, even with the size-reducing snaps. Otherwise, very good quality and fairly clear instructions for use.

I am very satisfied with the product, even though the washable cotton liners tend to slip around in the diaper because of their simple rectangular shape. However, I am very unhappy with the delivery service selected by the brand. Delivery was really too expensive (half the price of the product...) and it was sent to a pickup point, too, despite being a very small parcel.

Very good and fast delivery. The TE2 diapers and microfiber inserts are great! Disappointed with the 4-layer bamboo and microfiber inserts, which fall apart after 6-7 months of use.

Thank you for your feedback on our products. Regarding your inserts, it is not normal for them to fall apart after 6 months of use. Something may be wrong with your care routine. Inserts that fall apart are often not rinsed after changing the baby. The ammonia in urine, if it is not rinsed off after a change, can damage your inserts (especially those made from plant-based materials such as bamboo) and eat away at the fabric.
