Always at the top, ordering on Monday for delivery on Thursday (I was delivered on Friday because the Post Office had not respected the delivery on time). Frankly, this is one of the sites I'd recommend for statues, very often with special offers, discount codes, etc., and Alexandre's replies are very quick when I had a problem with my first delivery (again the fault of the Post Office). For fans and lovers of manga and statues, this is a site I absolutely recommend!

I've had a very bad experience. Customer service responds quickly, but their logistics leave a lot to be desired. I ordered a batch of wcf figurines (5) and only received one. Well, that can happen, but today I received the remainder of the order, 4 figurines, and in this batch there's the same figurine I received a few days before (even though I'd sent a photo of the first one).(It's been a week since I placed my order and it's still not complete.
That's why I'm rating this site today. At the moment I'm waiting for them to reply to my email, sent early afternoon. It's a shame because it was my first order with them and I think it'll be my last. I'm going to stick to my reference sites. I'm sorry, one mistake I can understand, it can happen, but two, given the competition on the market, isn't great. Two stars for their customer service, because despite everything, I always got a reply. The stars in - are for processing my order.
