The delivery and processing costs are very high I ordered on this site because I had no other choice it was a special request for an ado purchase 13.90€ costs 6.90€ for a figurine of 7cm so no link with the weight however standard delivery times respected

When I was looking to buy a Banpresto statue, I came across Mangatori because of the many positive reviews, and now I've bought not one but two Banpresto statues, with a third on the way. Fast, careful shipping, superbly protected.
The site is really easy to read and intuitive, and the loyalty system is rewarding.
The products are official and therefore authentic. I really recommend it for those who want to use a French site for Japanese products. Thank you Mangatori!

Order received on time, the box containing the figurine is super pretty and held it well during transport. Payment and delivery tracking is practical and efficient. All in all, nothing to complain about, and I hope to be able to order again with an ever-growing choice. Good luck for the future :)

Beautiful pieces. Fast shipping. A little advice, but nothing too bad. 1st shipment by DPD, a nightmare. From home delivery, we switched to point relay delivery. You're not responsible for this. The 2nd and 3rd shipments arrived by post. No complaints.

Response from Mangatori
Hello, and thank you for your feedback. Indeed, we had a lot of trouble with the DPD carrier. We've replaced it with Chronopost, which does a better job.
See you soon, The Mangatori team
