Everything was very good and clear, customer service was able to guide me very quickly! Unfortunately, the delivery was catastrophic because of Chronopost, but that's not Mangatori's fault... And because of that, the figurine was carried around and not with the greatest of care... I discovered a defect on one of my figurines where a detail broke.

Delivery a day late (not that serious). Package a little too light on figure protection.

I browsed the site on my phone, so the experience on a computer may be different. The site is well designed and everything is well explained, just that I found that the search was not always very practical (put back the drop-down menu at the top when you've just selected an option, for example).

Fast and efficient delivery. The item was very well protected for delivery. The site is very good but perhaps put the pre-orders at the end of the list of items.

Response from Mangatori
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. As we explained to you, once the order has been placed and after a 15-minute delay, it's impossible for us to make any changes to an existing order. There are two reasons for this: - Our logistics are external to our head office, so we can't intervene (we're the after-sales service) directly on site - For reasons of order processing efficiency, we need to dispatch orders before (11am). Packages are placed in carts and handed over to the carrier as quickly as possible. As you may have noticed, your order was delivered within 24 hours of dispatch, even though delivery was standard via Colissimo. In order to achieve this feat, we are obliged to respect this process. Moreover, we are saddened to see such a severe mark after 4 orders placed with us and for this detail. We remain at your service. Sincerely, COSTA Alexandre

The staff are very responsive when you have a problem, but orders are not always sufficiently protected. The most recent one was wandering freely in the box, even though I had asked for it to be well protected during transport. Otherwise, fast delivery and very good service!

Hello, thank you for your feedback. All our orders are protected by cardboard in order to caller them and avoid shocks. It is possible that there was an oversight on your order and we apologize. We will redouble our efforts to prevent this kind of problem from recurring. Thank you, Mangatori team

the site is well thought out and easy to navigate, but one of the boxes was ripped open and I display them with the figurines. I think it's a shame, but the figurines are in good condition.

Beautiful figurine, but please take care of the boxes before sending them as my husband, who is a great collector, is as fond of the boxes as he is of the figurine, too bad.

Fast, responsive customer service, product as described. Fast delivery, the only drawback I'd like to note is the absence of a "air cushion" type of protection inside the box containing the figurine. Be careful in the event of a fall or a very fragile product.

The figurines are very good, but the cardboard was poorly protected, so the boxes were damaged a little, otherwise very satisfied.

I ordered a shenron plush which I received quickly. It is of good quality but it was simply laid out in a cardboard box without protection as a result my light green plush has traces of rubbing from the cardboard box and I cannot wash it in the washing machine.

The delivery and processing costs are very high I ordered on this site because I had no other choice it was a special request for an ado purchase 13.90€ costs 6.90€ for a figurine of 7cm so no link with the weight however standard delivery times respected

If I had been dishonest, not having signed for my parcel when it arrived in my box, I could have said that I had not received it.

Delivery delayed because the delivery drivers did not take the time to go up to the accessible apartment. Delivery had to be postponed to a relay point. Beyond that, received the package in very good condition and satisfied with the purchase. Delivery could be improved. Thank you.
