Customer reviews of Mangatori

Interesting mangatori site. mangatori products on eBay, no details on sizes.

The figurines are excellent, but I feel there's a lack of choice for certain mangas.

I received my parcel torn with a broken figurine box.

It's been a month and a half since I ordered, I claimed, I followed the procedure, I have no answer and no figurine and 50€ less! What a service!

First order on the site and the parcel delivered was completely torn and open. Photo and email sent to the site which disclaims any responsibility and barely apologized. On the face of it, there was nothing wrong with the order. It was a gift and my friend didn't mention any problem with the figurine. In any case, I won't be ordering from this site again.

Good figurine site. Reasonable prices. Fast delivery.

I am disappointed I received a broken figurine.

Well explained, easy to use

Choice, availability but free delivery would be appreciated

No problems with delivery but figurine not well protected enough I think.

This is my 1st order from Mangatori and I wouldn't classify it as one of my most trusted sites. I ordered 2 figurines and one of them arrived with a corner of its box completely dented (not because of transport, as the package was unharmed and protected inside as it should have been). The seller therefore knowingly put a damaged box in my parcel, which I find shameful.

Fast delivery, received in less than 1 week. Well packaged, with bubble wrap. However, the pop's original box was a bit damaged, but judging by the quality of the packaging, it must have been damaged before shipping. Anyway, the pop is not damaged, that's the main thing. I still recommend it.

very good site, shipment well tracked and correctly protected in the packaging

Very long lead times

As expected. Very fast shipping. I will order from the site again.

Clear and pleasant

Modern

Choice, excellence and speed

An attractive site with very good customer service, but there's one area for improvement: the diversity of figurines and other goodies on offer for certain licenses.

Reliable site despite a few defects on some figurines

Pre-order item arriving late, but not because of mangatori, just remember to update the product arrival date in this case.

Super fast but poor quality overcarton so my figurine box arrived damaged. Too bad ...

Order arrived 3 days after the expected date, no response from customer service and on top of that the pop was badly painted, too bad I can't put zero stars on it.

Very serious site

I've never ordered from this site before and I'm quite satisfied: the parcel was well protected... Fortunately, because the deliveryman had thrown it over the gate (a big fear, knowing that the base of the figurine ordered was made of resin)... I know I'd indicated the letterbox and that the box might have been too big to fit, but the doorbell didn't ring, even though I was at home when the delivery was made, at around 11am. More fear than harm in the end, especially as it's not really to do with the site itself but more to do with my choice to opt for Colissimo at home rather than a Point Relais... Apart from that, the parcel arrived quickly and in perfect condition and I'm very grateful for the 7% discount offered!

It would be great if we had notification of payment and validation of the order by e-mail. Once the product has been purchased, nothing happens and you have to check "my orders" to be sure the order has been placed.

Parcel received completely destroyed, fortunately the boxes of my figurines were a little touched but not much.

The first order I placed I received everything in perfect condition, no problems. But the second order the cardboard was very damaged and the box of the figurine, I would have liked to be told that it is very fragile and I find the figurine damaged or poor quality.

Very professional and no delivery problems.

....

The original box is all smashed up, fortunately the figurine is fine!
I hope it won't be like this every time, otherwise we'll have to consider a commercial gesture.

Fast delivery, good products.

Fast delivery and carefully packaged

Very good

The delivery time is a little long (about 1 week) but the shipment is clean and tidy, I recommend it!

The delivery time was perfect but the quality was lacking: several black spots left something to be desired on the colors, in some places the paint had come off. In short, I was rather disappointed with the quality and cleanliness but the delivery was correct.

The site is fairly reliable and products are sent on time, although it's a pity customs officials can be heavy-handed when it comes to checks (I received the transport package in a sorry state).

I received my order quickly, but when it arrived and I unpacked the figurine, some places were dirty... at the price of this one, it's a shame to find that. Apart from that, the site is great and offers a lot of products.

Despite a slight delay on the order, the product was very very well packed everything was perfect except one side of the box a little damaged otherwise perfect. I put 4 stars for the slight delay and the damaged box, but now I will order from you. I recommend mangatori for its wide choice of figurine and its customer service that replied very quickly and also for the speed of delivery once the product sent (I received my figurine 1 day after delivery.

I received my order on time. However, there is a flaw in the figure's hair.
