Delivery times presented in the product description are completely misleading. I wasn't expecting it for Christmas and wasn't in a hurry, but +4 weeks instead of 2 is excessive. No explanation from them, refusal to compensate by offering me delivery. I can be factual and publish the emails. In short, a dropshipping company that doesn't know how to manage logistics with either its customers or suppliers, which is ridiculous. Buy instead on Amazon, more reliable.

The package was delayed twice without explanations. Upon arrival after almost 1 month for 2 figurines, one box was in a "like new" condition, not new, and the other box was in a damaged condition.

Very disappointed by the current degradation. Order placed more than 6 months ago. Customer service unreachable, order tracking nonexistent. Delay due to a permanently unavailable item but still for sale on the site. Received a voucher to compensate, which I used on another figurine that is also unavailable. I will not order from this site for a while, until they can resolve their supplier issues and we will see.
