Twice I've had problems, twice I've written e-mails. Twice I've been completely ignored! Nobody answers, it's unbearable.

I still haven't received my order after 2 months of waiting.

Bad reception, article already served, lack of parts, no contact with the seller.

Good communication. The figurine is in order and intact, but the box arrived damaged.

Delays too long, what a shame. And excessive shipping costs.
Found on another site. Delivered in 2 days and free of charge.

I tried to contact customer service several times because the order was validated without validation from the bank. To cancel the order I tried to contact them several times before they shipped it but I never got any feedback. I don't think I'll ever receive the parcel. This site is totally fraudulent and I'm going to inform the relevant authorities.

Wide choice, interesting price, well-designed and clear site, except for the choice of delivery method: systematic error on the free Mondial Relay or Chronopost point relais solutions, forcing me to fall back on private parcel home delivery, for which I had to pay according to the value of the order. It's a shame.

Very long delivery even though the products were indicated as being in stock on October 30. Plus Mondial Relay couldn't deliver where I wanted... it took even longer.

Two years ago I thought I'd been scammed when I ordered some figurines, which I never received and the people in charge of the site were unreachable. After several attempts I finally got through to someone who offered me a voucher for the amount of my order, plus 25%. I recommended something else and I've just been delivered. The item is great, the one piece bag. So I don't know what to think of the site, before my incident I had placed many orders without any problem.

The site is pleasant, delivery takes too long and the customer service needs to be reviewed.

Hello and good evening! I received the little Alisaie figurine. The cardboard box carrying the figurine was well packed and protected the sculpture inside. However, when I opened the box containing Alisaie, I was horrified to see that it was broken.... It's not Mangatori's fault, but the manufacturer's, as the figurine is wandering left and right inside. So I'm a bit sad...
Apart from that, I hope there'll be a little Alphinaud soon!

Almost 1 month between order and delivery. Fortunately delivered on December 23

Despite the delivery delay, I am very satisfied with the product.

Order placed in December 2021, for pre-order delivery at the end of January 2022 and still not delivered...
No sign of life from customer service despite multiple emails ... No phone number to reach them directly.

Order N° GHRPQEOCV placed on 26/01/2022: with a pre-ordered figurine that was supposed to arrive at the end of March and has never been received (it's 08/06/22). Customer service does not respond to any of my multiple reminder messages. I now want my money back

No customer service, no reply to our mail, photo etc... Positive point: fast shipping, but apart from that, if you receive a figurine in poor condition, good luck with a refund, or anything else, they don't respond.

Order from June 2021 for products to be available in September 2021 still undelivered in May 2022 and the customer service simply doesn't reply any more so as not to refund products they never sent me. To be avoided, I'm used to figurine sites and this Mr Alexandre Costa, Mangatori's manager, is absolutely not serious. This is the first time I've had a problem with a miniature sales site.

They don't reply to emails, I had to find out that the bonus head wasn't delivered with it despite the positive reply in your previous message.

Delivery was fast but the wrong product was shipped. I have contacted the site twice for a refund but have received no response since. This is a disappointment.

I've had a very bad experience. Customer service responds quickly, but their logistics leave a lot to be desired. I ordered a batch of wcf figurines (5) and only received one. Well, that can happen, but today I received the remainder of the order, 4 figurines, and in this batch there's the same figurine I received a few days before (even though I'd sent a photo of the first one).(It's been a week since I placed my order and it's still not complete.
That's why I'm rating this site today. At the moment I'm waiting for them to reply to my email, sent early afternoon. It's a shame because it was my first order with them and I think it'll be my last. I'm going to stick to my reference sites. I'm sorry, one mistake I can understand, it can happen, but two, given the competition on the market, isn't great. Two stars for their customer service, because despite everything, I always got a reply. The stars in - are for processing my order.

Ordered figurine sailor moon eternal gliter and glamour and received instead figurine sailor moon glitter and glamour and not eternal what a disappointment!

I ordered a shenron plush which I received quickly. It is of good quality but it was simply laid out in a cardboard box without protection as a result my light green plush has traces of rubbing from the cardboard box and I cannot wash it in the washing machine.

The delivery and processing costs are very high I ordered on this site because I had no other choice it was a special request for an ado purchase 13.90€ costs 6.90€ for a figurine of 7cm so no link with the weight however standard delivery times respected

Delivery delayed because the delivery drivers did not take the time to go up to the accessible apartment. Delivery had to be postponed to a relay point. Beyond that, received the package in very good condition and satisfied with the purchase. Delivery could be improved. Thank you.

The box arrived damaged. Knowing that this is for a collection the box has a lot of importance I am disappointed.

I'm very disappointed with the delivery as I took the express delivery option but the delivery man seemed unprofessional. He called me at 8.47pm on a Friday evening because he couldn't find my address and indeed he was in the wrong village. I waited for him to come but he never did. I got my parcel on Wednesday from my neighbor! I don't understand why I was given a code then? The deliveryman didn't even call to tell me that he was finally delivering my parcel. It's a real shame.
