The first order I placed I received everything in perfect condition, no problems. But the second order the cardboard was very damaged and the box of the figurine, I would have liked to be told that it is very fragile and I find the figurine damaged or poor quality.

Problem when the parcel was delivered: of the three items ordered, box 1 was damaged because it was either already damaged before shipping or because the packaging was too small for the size of the item (the shipping packaging was just the size of the item's box, so there wasn't enough space to "neutralize" any shipping problems).
