Mangatori delivers a consistently smooth experience with fast and careful shipping, on-time deliveries, and well-packaged items that arrive in good condition. Customers repeatedly mention reliable service and prompt communication from staff, with many noting exact adherence to descriptions and well-protected packaging for fragile items. The store also shines in product variety and strong satisfaction from collectors, including notable praise for prompt restocks, pre-orders, and thoughtful extras or gifts. Overall, customers highlight proactive support, dependable delivery, and a broad, appealing catalog that keeps them returning for future purchases.
Happy with my purchase. The figurines are as presented on the site. The delivery time was respected but it's not easy to get a precise date on the site. That said, everything is fine. Thanks to you, I will recommend figurines again.

The site is pleasant, delivery takes too long and the customer service needs to be reviewed.

~The order was perfect, the only problem is that one of the runners is missing a part, so I can't assemble it. Would it be possible to do something?

Very well presented, easy to handle, wouldn't change much. Maybe more 1/72 Spitfires if possible. Thanks

after the manufacturer ran out of stock on one product, they immediately offered me an equivalent alternative. all orders are honoured, even when there is a long wait, as was the case for one order (18 months). impeccable, reliable packaging!

Order placed in December 2021, for pre-order delivery at the end of January 2022 and still not delivered...
No sign of life from customer service despite multiple emails ... No phone number to reach them directly.
I strongly advise against ordering from this site. To date, I've been cheated out of an order worth almost €100...

Order N° GHRPQEOCV placed on 26/01/2022: with a pre-ordered figurine that was supposed to arrive at the end of March and has never been received (it's 08/06/22). Customer service does not respond to any of my multiple reminder messages. I now want my money back

No customer service, no reply to our mail, photo etc... Positive point: fast shipping, but apart from that, if you receive a figurine in poor condition, good luck with a refund, or anything else, they don't respond.

Order from June 2021 for products to be available in September 2021 still undelivered in May 2022 and the customer service simply doesn't reply any more so as not to refund products they never sent me. To be avoided, I'm used to figurine sites and this Mr Alexandre Costa, Mangatori's manager, is absolutely not serious. This is the first time I've had a problem with a miniature sales site.
