I received my product well protected and in perfect condition. On the other hand, for a first delivery in a relay point, it was really a disaster but the problem was quickly solved.

Several days late because Mangatori had forgotten to include the invoice for the unwinding...so the Christmas present arrived after Christmas, which is a shame when you order 3 weeks in advance.

order conformed but delivered 3 weeks late by Mondial Relay, the reviews of this delivery company are appalling in the Languedoc region, to be avoided.

I bought an All Might figurine (Banpresto) to give as a gift and the person loved it, the figurine was exactly what you see on the site! Delivery was pretty fast! I wouldn't hesitate to buy more figurines from this site!

One of the boxes I received arrived damaged, despite the cardboard packaging which has nothing and no communication with the seller (request for information on the total to pay for a grouped shipment); whereas on this site it says free shipping for 60euros in Mondial Relay. Too bad I would have bought another figurine in that case.

As far as browsing the site is concerned, nothing to say apart from the fact that it's easy on the eyes, well ordered, easy to use and to find your way around the various categories. Delivery was fast (less than 2 weeks) and the parcel was well wrapped and protected. I'm very satisfied with my first purchase and I'm planning to buy more figurines (I've already ordered my second).

First order on the site and the parcel delivered was completely torn and open. Photo and email sent to the site which disclaims any responsibility and barely apologized. On the face of it, there was nothing wrong with the order. It was a gift and my friend didn't mention any problem with the figurine. In any case, I won't be ordering from this site again.
