The figurine arrived in perfect condition and quickly

It is impossible to communicate with you, I requested the cancellation of my order, after 5 follow-ups and 1 month of waiting I received a response, yet the order was received broken in the box. Even though I requested the cancellation several times. I will never order from you again, I prefer to pay more for my product elsewhere.

I did not receive the order on time and my emails regarding it remain unanswered! If I could rate 0 stars, I would!

This review may change depending on the feedback from customer service at Mangatori/1001 Hobbies that I will receive if I ever get one. I pre-ordered a Mao Mao figurine from the Apothecary's notebooks and the collector's volume 15 of the Apothecary's notebooks in July. Last week, I received a notification that my package had been sent, and 2 days later I received an email saying my package was damaged during delivery, resulting in a damaged figurine box because the items were not secured in the boxes, no bubble wrap, nothing. Let's move past that; I can understand that unfortunately, these are the risks of delivery. The most annoying thing is that when I picked up my package, I thought it was strange that the box was small given the items I ordered. I opened my package in the car and realized that instead of the collector's volume 15, I received the basic volume 15, the one priced at €7.95 from the Apothecary's notebooks. A ordering mistake can happen, but the fact that we try to contact them and get no response is particularly frustrating. I sent emails, tried calling, made a complaint on their site, and even sent a message on Messenger, but no reply. I am waiting for the coming days hoping to get a response; in the meantime, I strongly advise against it.

Terrible customer service, order still pending receipt, I don't even want my order anymore but given the level of customer service I wonder if the return process will be worth it, we'll see if I ever receive the package.

After more than ten orders placed for items of varying value, I confirm for any new buyer that the site is reliable for acquiring figurines (having not tested other products). Each product received was in accordance with the description on the site and I did not notice any shortcomings regarding the shipping of the products. However, be informed that the dates provided on the site for delivery are not reliable. From what I could understand, not all items are necessarily in stock with them and supplier orders can add more or less significant delays. For the more impatient, this can pose a problem, but as far as I am concerned, I did not have any particular alerts. Customer service remains available if needed even though I did not receive a response via the form available on the site, I had to reach out to them in other ways. I recommend the site for the variety of available items, some quite rare products can be found there. However, the management of stock and its display on the site remains a negative point. Due to their supply system, an item marked as available with several copies on the site can become unavailable from one day to the next without any particular reasons. I thank the teams, overall the shopping experience is satisfactory.

Your sales conditions are not up to the price we pay for the products. Perhaps they should be reviewed; it's too easy. A compensation of 10 euros, let me laugh. For sure, I will not order again and will not promote you. Regards.

2 months of waiting to be delivered on an order that was supposedly available, No customer service, received a pre-established response, Avoid if you want to be delivered quickly, They have no stock. After that, if you're not in a hurry, nothing to report.

Very little response from customer service and very little information regarding the order.

First order placed and first disappointment. Order of three figurines indicated as in stock and deliverable within 48 hours. Order placed on 26/05 and expected reception on 28 or 29/05, however on 29/05 the status of the order was still processing. Sent an email on 29/05 because contacting by phone was impossible since my order number did not exist and received an email the same day saying that my request has been recorded and will be processed quickly and that they will contact me to find a solution. On 02/06 received an email asking me to wait, that my order is being prepared and will soon be shipped. On 05/06, a new email indicating that my order has been shipped. Collected a package with 2 figurines out of 3 on 10/05 while the order and package details indicated everything should be there. Checked the website and no information stating one figurine was missing. Called the number indicated on the site and was told there is a longer supply delay for one of the figurines and they decided to send the 2 figurines in stock. However, I should have received an email informing me of this which never went out, confirmed by the person on the phone. Today I am therefore waiting for my 3rd figurine, as I chose to maintain the order for it rather than a refund.

Impeccable package in good condition!

Delivery time not at all in line with the delivery forecast when purchasing the item... + 2 weeks... Totally vague responses from the operators who hide behind the logistics point which is apparently understaffed... Final point during delivery at the pickup point, the package was sent without my contact details so it was impossible to pick it up, I had to wait for the delivery person for 2 hours in front of the pickup point because they were going to take it back to the sender, potentially leading to an additional month of waiting... First and last experience on this site.
