It's been a month and a half since I ordered, I claimed, I followed the procedure, I have no answer and no figurine and 50€ less! What a service!

I had pre-ordered my figurine and as soon as it was available I received it, everything went as planned, nothing to complain about.
I'll be ordering again soon.

First order on the site and the parcel delivered was completely torn and open. Photo and email sent to the site which disclaims any responsibility and barely apologized. On the face of it, there was nothing wrong with the order. It was a gift and my friend didn't mention any problem with the figurine. In any case, I won't be ordering from this site again.

Clear, efficient, easy to navigate and the products offered are quite varied and of high quality... I do hope, however, that they will be able to sell other licenses soon....

This is my 1st order from Mangatori and I wouldn't classify it as one of my most trusted sites. I ordered 2 figurines and one of them arrived with a corner of its box completely dented (not because of transport, as the package was unharmed and protected inside as it should have been). The seller therefore knowingly put a damaged box in my parcel, which I find shameful.
