I'm very happy with the service provided. The site is clear and practical, the delivery time is very fast (although I found the delivery charges a little expensive) and above all the figurine is exactly as shown in the photos, it's very beautiful and of good quality (excellent value for money).
I'm really very happy, and will recommend this site in the future.

Hello, and thank you for your valuable feedback. Although we believe that our delivery costs are still competitive, this rate also includes a small share for preparation costs in order to best meet order processing requirements. In fact, this allows us to call in the logistics team early in the morning, so that the parcel collectors (La Poste and Chronopost) can arrive first thing in the morning and deliver the parcels in record time. Sincerely, The Mangatori team

The site is really pleasant to navigate, I had no difficulty finding my way around. The services are top notch, having a problem with a promotional code, Mangatori replied directly to me and corrected the problem very quickly, speaking of speed, my parcel arrived barely two days after my order!
I'm very satisfied and I'd come back to order from this site, I recommend it!

Ordered Tuesday, received Friday. Well-packaged, no worries...
The problem (as, alas, is very often the case) comes from La Poste... The parcel was signed for. On Wednesday, I receive an e-mail informing me that if I'm absent, I can request a drop-off at the post office (which I do).
I received a 2nd e-mail telling me that I could collect my parcel on Friday at the post office I had chosen.
On Friday: no parcel at the office and no trace of where the parcel was (just a message saying it was being prepared for delivery!!!)... In fact, the parcel was in my letterbox! So, no signature, no acknowledgement of my request, nada... What a bunch of incompetents !!!
And to think that we pay for this "service" !!!!

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Your opinion is very important to us. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that the La Poste service does not keep its promises. We'll pass on the information anyway. Thank you for dissociating our service from that of transport. Sincerely, The Mangatori team

The site is easy to navigate, and the products are easy to find. The promotion I was able to take advantage of was very favourable, urging me to buy the product. I'm particularly satisfied with the delivery, which respected the 3-day deadline wonderfully well, all this with a product in perfect condition. I've already recommended this site to some of my friends, who are themselves interested in the type of product you offer. I look forward to continuing to recommend you.

Response from Mangatori Published on 02/09/2021

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. As we explained to you, once the order has been placed and after a 15-minute delay, it's impossible for us to make any changes to an existing order. There are two reasons for this: - Our logistics are external to our head office, so we can't intervene (we're the after-sales service) directly on site - For reasons of order processing efficiency, we need to dispatch orders before (11am). Packages are placed in carts and handed over to the carrier as quickly as possible. As you may have noticed, your order was delivered within 24 hours of dispatch, even though delivery was standard via Colissimo. In order to achieve this feat, we are obliged to respect this process. Moreover, we are saddened to see such a severe mark after 4 orders placed with us and for this detail. We remain at your service. Sincerely, COSTA Alexandre
