Catastrophic purchase and shameful customer service. They deliberately ignored my cancellation request emails while cancellation was possible and responded (after legal deadlines) after the shipment. Of course, it was impossible to refuse the package they sent to a different pickup point than the one requested. After contact, their only proposal is a voucher. To be avoided urgently.

Order placed in October that was supposed to be delivered in November but postponed to January, tracking number given is untraceable on the carrier's tracking, they told me they made a mistake with the delivery address after 1 month and a half. I asked if they couldn't retrieve the package, they should just refund the order, and now they are not responding anymore. It's a site of thieves and dishonest.

Having been very disappointed with the service of this site, I will absolutely not recommend purchasing products from them. The quality of the model is extremely basic: for the announced price, it is clearly a toy for children. The delivery time was not respected and, even worse, I was informed that the package had been lost by the post. I therefore had to urgently repurchase a gift. However, on the day, the initial package finally appeared in my mailbox, without any explanation. I had also subscribed to an additional protection offered by the site, but upon opening the package, I found that no additional protection had been added. In summary, I will never order from this site again and I will not recommend it to anyone. If I could have given zero stars, I would have done so without hesitation.

Delivery times presented in the product description are completely misleading. I wasn't expecting it for Christmas and wasn't in a hurry, but +4 weeks instead of 2 is excessive. No explanation from them, refusal to compensate by offering me delivery. I can be factual and publish the emails. In short, a dropshipping company that doesn't know how to manage logistics with either its customers or suppliers, which is ridiculous. Buy instead on Amazon, more reliable.
