Delivery time not at all in line with the delivery forecast when purchasing the item... + 2 weeks... Totally vague responses from the operators who hide behind the logistics point which is apparently understaffed... Final point during delivery at the pickup point, the package was sent without my contact details so it was impossible to pick it up, I had to wait for the delivery person for 2 hours in front of the pickup point because they were going to take it back to the sender, potentially leading to an additional month of waiting... First and last experience on this site.

On our side, we do not modify any address once the order has been transferred to the carrier, who then becomes fully responsible.
We also find it important to clarify that our customer service has been very available and that we have contacted Chronopost several times to obtain the necessary code, which you indicate you never received.

I must admit I was a bit puzzled before ordering from the Mangatori site, but I gave them a try and I'm not at all disappointed! The parcel arrived as I was told on the right date and the figurine was in perfect condition. The only downside was that I ordered a 300€ figurine and it was marked everywhere on the site that delivery was free for orders over 100€. I only had to pay 5€, which was a shame but not too bad, I can recommend it!
