Order from June 2021 for products to be available in September 2021 still undelivered in May 2022 and the customer service simply doesn't reply any more so as not to refund products they never sent me. To be avoided, I'm used to figurine sites and this Mr Alexandre Costa, Mangatori's manager, is absolutely not serious. This is the first time I've had a problem with a miniature sales site.

As we explained to you, once the order has been placed and after a 15-minute delay, it's impossible for us to make any changes to an existing order. There are two reasons for this: - Our logistics are external to our head office, so we can't intervene (we're the after-sales service) directly on site - For reasons of order processing efficiency, we need to dispatch orders before (11am). Packages are placed in carts and handed over to the carrier as quickly as possible. As you may have noticed, your order was delivered within 24 hours of dispatch, even though delivery was standard via Colissimo. In order to achieve this feat, we are obliged to respect this process.
