The delivery time is a little long (about 1 week) but the shipment is clean and tidy, I recommend it!

The delivery time was perfect but the quality was lacking: several black spots left something to be desired on the colors, in some places the paint had come off. In short, I was rather disappointed with the quality and cleanliness but the delivery was correct.

The site is fairly reliable and products are sent on time, although it's a pity customs officials can be heavy-handed when it comes to checks (I received the transport package in a sorry state).

I received my order quickly, but when it arrived and I unpacked the figurine, some places were dirty... at the price of this one, it's a shame to find that. Apart from that, the site is great and offers a lot of products.

Despite a slight delay on the order, the product was very very well packed everything was perfect except one side of the box a little damaged otherwise perfect. I put 4 stars for the slight delay and the damaged box, but now I will order from you. I recommend mangatori for its wide choice of figurine and its customer service that replied very quickly and also for the speed of delivery once the product sent (I received my figurine 1 day after delivery.

Product received on time with no worries, the only downside is the condition of the box which is a bit bent, I know it's only a box but I like it to be as clean as possible :p

Problem when the parcel was delivered: of the three items ordered, box 1 was damaged because it was either already damaged before shipping or because the packaging was too small for the size of the item (the shipping packaging was just the size of the item's box, so there wasn't enough space to "neutralize" any shipping problems).

I'm satisfied with the package, but the box of my figurine received a shock, maybe you need to protect your products more. Apart from that, I have nothing to complain about.

Response from Mangatori
Hello Mr Hizzir, You had chosen delivery by Colissimo, unfortunately the letter carrier had not left a calling card, so that you could collect your parcel which had already been available for about ten days at La Poste. On behalf of La Poste, we apologize. Yours faithfully, COSTA Alexandre

nothing to say about the site and delivery, but my order for a figurine arrived with a visible defect, a large black mark. It's for a collection, so it would be a good idea to check the quality of the products before sending.

Super site with a large choice of figurines one piece and dragon ball, regular promos, a mode of sponsorship, a fast delivery and not very expensive only 3.90 € ... I recommend this site for any purchase of figurines manga, a reference e trade in this field. See you soon for new order and thank you.

The product arrived, the figurine is fine, except that I'm not sure why you've mistreated the figurine's cardboard, and not just a little. When I saw that, I was afraid for the figurine. But no harm done.
