Perfect packaging to protect the box: bubble wrap and packing chips. Fast shipping despite the holidays. Fast response to email from Mangatori. Mondial relais had logistical problems and did not reply, but Mangatori answered my questions quickly.

Problem when the parcel was delivered: of the three items ordered, box 1 was damaged because it was either already damaged before shipping or because the packaging was too small for the size of the item (the shipping packaging was just the size of the item's box, so there wasn't enough space to "neutralize" any shipping problems).

Response from Mangatori
Hello Mr Hizzir, You had chosen delivery by Colissimo, unfortunately the letter carrier had not left a calling card, so that you could collect your parcel which had already been available for about ten days at La Poste. On behalf of La Poste, we apologize. Yours faithfully, COSTA Alexandre
