As we explained to you, once the order has been placed and after a 15-minute delay, it's impossible for us to make any changes to an existing order. There are two reasons for this: - Our logistics are external to our head office, so we can't intervene (we're the after-sales service) directly on site - For reasons of order processing efficiency, we need to dispatch orders before (11am). Packages are placed in carts and handed over to the carrier as quickly as possible. As you may have noticed, your order was delivered within 24 hours of dispatch, even though delivery was standard via Colissimo. In order to achieve this feat, we are obliged to respect this process. I ordered a shenron plush which I received quickly. It is of good quality but it was simply laid out in a cardboard box without protection as a result my light green plush has traces of rubbing from the cardboard box and I cannot wash it in the washing machine.

I'm very disappointed with the delivery as I took the express delivery option but the delivery man seemed unprofessional. He called me at 8.47pm on a Friday evening because he couldn't find my address and indeed he was in the wrong village. I waited for him to come but he never did. I got my parcel on Wednesday from my neighbor! I don't understand why I was given a code then? The deliveryman didn't even call to tell me that he was finally delivering my parcel. It's a real shame.

Nothing to say about the site itself. The order was dispatched quickly. However, I was very unhappy with the delivery because I received a parcel that was completely torn, the boxes of the figurines I ordered were completely damaged (a pity because they were Christmas presents...) and the order form was hanging on the top of the parcel so it was there for everyone to see... So I'm very happy with the site but very unhappy with the delivery, which is a shame.

Very good delivery times, reasonable price for a delivery, but box damaged on arrival. Avoid stuffing products into a box that's too small, or use the right amount of protection, without compressing the items like crazy. It's a shame, because the rest of the service is excellent.

Order arrived in perfect condition at the relay point. However, there was a big problem with the tracking of the parcel. I received an email telling me that the order had been prepared, then nothing. Worried after 10 days, I decided not to go and see the relay point. The parcel was available and I only had 4 days left to collect it. Otherwise, the figurine is perfectly packaged and in perfect condition. Just delivery problems.

One of the boxes I received arrived damaged, despite the cardboard packaging which has nothing and no communication with the seller (request for information on the total to pay for a grouped shipment); whereas on this site it says free shipping for 60euros in Mondial Relay.
