Received quickly and very well packaged. Too bad the figure has a hole on the hair but I think it's due to the manufacturing process.

Response from Mangatori
Hello, thank you for your feedback. Our logistics team does its best to process orders quickly while offering the best possible packaging, which is why your products are intact, despite the condition of your box, which was probably damaged by the carrier. Please be assured that our team remains at your disposal for any further information. Sincerely, The Mangatori team

Response from Mangatori
Dear customer, We have responded to your request. The carrier came several times to drop off the package, but it seems that there was no one to pick it up. So the parcel was eventually returned to us. We offered to reship your parcel, but we have had no response from you. To date, your order is still awaiting reshipment or cancellation. Sincerely, The Mangatori team
