Hello, not compliant with the purchase. I bought a Fire Force volume 34 (collector's sleeve) and received a standard volume. I could have bought it near my home for less and without shipping costs. Huge disappointment

Product received error – Wrong hat sent Hello, I just received my order, but to my great surprise, you sent me the wrong hat. I received version 2 (priced at €16.49), while I had ordered the version at €91.49. Photos have been sent to prove it, but since then, no one has responded. No customer service, no return. Messages have been posted on social media, but there too, no response.

The received package does not match my order (different item worth €30 instead of an order of €85) No response from the site despite my emails + customer service number not assigned.

The figurine arrived in perfect condition and quickly

It is impossible to communicate with you, I requested the cancellation of my order, after 5 follow-ups and 1 month of waiting I received a response, yet the order was received broken in the box. Even though I requested the cancellation several times. I will never order from you again, I prefer to pay more for my product elsewhere.

I did not receive the order on time and my emails regarding it remain unanswered! If I could rate 0 stars, I would!

This review may change depending on the feedback from customer service at Mangatori/1001 Hobbies that I will receive if I ever get one. I pre-ordered a Mao Mao figurine from the Apothecary's notebooks and the collector's volume 15 of the Apothecary's notebooks in July. Last week, I received a notification that my package had been sent, and 2 days later I received an email saying my package was damaged during delivery, resulting in a damaged figurine box because the items were not secured in the boxes, no bubble wrap, nothing. Let's move past that; I can understand that unfortunately, these are the risks of delivery. The most annoying thing is that when I picked up my package, I thought it was strange that the box was small given the items I ordered. I opened my package in the car and realized that instead of the collector's volume 15, I received the basic volume 15, the one priced at €7.95 from the Apothecary's notebooks. A ordering mistake can happen, but the fact that we try to contact them and get no response is particularly frustrating. I sent emails, tried calling, made a complaint on their site, and even sent a message on Messenger, but no reply. I am waiting for the coming days hoping to get a response; in the meantime, I strongly advise against it.
