Hello, I had sent a message regarding an order for which I never received a response. After a while, I checked and realized that it had been canceled and then refunded without further information, even though it was a pre-order. I find this unprofessional. Best regards.

Fast delivery, everything is great.

The book and the figurine are great, but the delivery was very excessive; it shouldn't take two months to send a package..

I do not have the entirety of the product and with a 2-month delay.

Fast and accurate shipping

It took ages for the order to be delivered, but the quality and product were perfect!

I must admit I was a bit puzzled before ordering from the Mangatori site, but I gave them a try and I'm not at all disappointed! The parcel arrived as I was told on the right date and the figurine was in perfect condition. The only downside was that I ordered a 300€ figurine and it was marked everywhere on the site that delivery was free for orders over 100€. I only had to pay 5€, which was a shame but not too bad, I can recommend it!

A misunderstanding on the product availability display led to a complaint on my part. The response was quick and clear. A commercial gesture was made on the delivery in two times. I have received my products as agreed and compliant I am satisfied thank you.

I ordered the Buste de naruto six paths from toynami at 1900 euros, I made the purchase in the morning at 7:30am and strangely they sent me a message saying that the payment was not completed by 10:25am and therefore cancelled, even though the order had been validated. Strangely enough, at the time of ordering, there were 3 copies in stock, and after I cancelled my order, there were no more. So instead of saying that there was a stock error, they prefer to say that there was a payment problem and cancel.

I was looking for a specific product and easily found it.

Very happy with my purchase! It was super fast and cheap, I was surprised to receive my order so quickly. The quality is superb, the figurine arrived protected so the box had no damage, not even a scratch. It was a gift for my friend, but I'm definitely thinking of ordering for myself in the future.

The item I ordered was exactly what I wanted and the delivery time was respected.

Article ordered supposedly available on December 1st, after 2 reminders by email, the article might be available for shipment on December 13th and 31st...nice for a Christmas present! In the end, reimbursement was made, but no gift! By the way, in case you're trying to absolve yourself of your responsibility to honor your orders on time, this was not a pre-order.

I would like to make myself a present for Christmas by ordering a statuette available on pre-order. I placed my pre-order last August, as this was the only site where it was available, and received an e-mail confirming shipment for November. With no news at the end of November, I sent three messages to customer service, but got no reply. I had to search the online forums to find a telephone number and I contacted them immediately. I found a man who told me that the statuette was out of stock, even though I had paid for it in full. I told him that I hadn't had any feedback and that I didn't think it was normal to learn this news at the last minute, even though my pre-order had been placed several months before and validated as available. I told him I wanted to receive it and not be reimbursed, and he said he'd do what was necessary and get back to me. A week went by and I hadn't heard from him either by e-mail or by phone. I contacted customer service again and learned that a refund procedure had been initiated, even though this was not what I wanted. The person on the phone confirmed that they hadn't received enough stock and that the only thing possible now was a refund. Verdict: I'll have nothing for Christmas. Of course I was reimbursed (that's the least I could do), but I find it incredible that professionals would not only validate a pre-order in stock several months before the statuette's release, but also send me a shipping confirmation email stating "the article has been specially ordered for you from our supplier" "shipment planned for November" (email dated mid-October, less than a month before the release) and to hear me say by phone after weeks of empty stock and without answering my reminders that my order won't be sent to me because it's out of stock. It was the first time I'd ordered from this site, and I wanted to show my confidence, but I'm not ready to order from Mangatori again.
