The package arrived with top-notch packaging! I chose a model on pre-order so the wait was a bit long, but it's worth it.

Satisfied with my order. Perfect, well packaged. But the shipping is a bit long, unfortunately.

The management of pre-orders by Mangatori is catastrophic. Incorrect information when it arrives after follow-up. Order supposedly canceled but ultimately received... In short, I do not recommend this site for pre-orders

Super serious site with a lot of choices. The only small downside is that we cannot reach them by phone (everything is through complaints via the site).

months and months of waiting for pre-orders (while there were no issues getting everything else on the day) and a half-order sent after threats of complaint following yet another unsuccessful refund request, move along.

Serious site. Fast delivery. Too bad the shipping costs are not proportional to the value of the order...

Very disappointed by the current degradation. Order placed more than 6 months ago. Customer service unreachable, order tracking nonexistent. Delay due to a permanently unavailable item but still for sale on the site. Received a voucher to compensate, which I used on another figurine that is also unavailable. I will not order from this site for a while, until they can resolve their supplier issues and we will see.

Clear site, fast delivery. However, be careful with the condition of the packages. Box damaged without degradation of the figurine (fragile).
