Deplorable service: the site displays availabilities that they are unable to honor. What's more, if you end up phoning them, because you can't get a reply by other means, and because order tracking is very vague, you still have to fight to get your money back (incompetent employee, perhaps fraudulent practice?). When you end up getting your money back weeks later for an order they can't deliver, I find that very limiting. It's not far from a scam, in any case, a very bad experience.

Hello and good evening! I received the little Alisaie figurine. The cardboard box carrying the figurine was well packed and protected the sculpture inside. However, when I opened the box containing Alisaie, I was horrified to see that it was broken.... It's not Mangatori's fault, but the manufacturer's, as the figurine is wandering left and right inside. So I'm a bit sad...
Apart from that, I hope there'll be a little Alphinaud soon!
