Customer reviews of Mangatori

Almost 1 month between order and delivery. Fortunately delivered on December 23

Despite the delivery delay, I am very satisfied with the product.

No customer service, no reply to our mail, photo etc... Positive point: fast shipping, but apart from that, if you receive a figurine in poor condition, good luck with a refund, or anything else, they don't respond.

bravo the figurine was in very good condition, delivered quickly even though it is smaller than it looked.

Site good, fast shipping without problem, but impossible to contact customer service, does not respond to emails.

Delivery was fast but the wrong product was shipped. I have contacted the site twice for a refund but have received no response since. This is a disappointment.

Hello, if you look hard enough, you'll find...

The site is clear, nothing to say about that.

Clear and concise

Fast delivery, delivered within 3 days (because in stock).

I've had a very bad experience. Customer service responds quickly, but their logistics leave a lot to be desired. I ordered a batch of wcf figurines (5) and only received one. Well, that can happen, but today I received the remainder of the order, 4 figurines, and in this batch there's the same figurine I received a few days before (even though I'd sent a photo of the first one).(It's been a week since I placed my order and it's still not complete.
That's why I'm rating this site today. At the moment I'm waiting for them to reply to my email, sent early afternoon. It's a shame because it was my first order with them and I think it'll be my last. I'm going to stick to my reference sites. I'm sorry, one mistake I can understand, it can happen, but two, given the competition on the market, isn't great. Two stars for their customer service, because despite everything, I always got a reply. The stars in - are for processing my order.

Pop arrived in poor condition, dirty .

Order shipped quickly. Packaging ok.

The site is very Well easy to fill out the card

Received promptly and in very good condition, the only drawback being that the head doesn't hold on very well.

quick turnaround.

The parcel arrived in very good condition and well packaged. Fast delivery. I would recommend this site.

Everything was very good and clear, customer service was able to guide me very quickly! Unfortunately, the delivery was catastrophic because of Chronopost, but that's not Mangatori's fault... And because of that, the figurine was carried around and not with the greatest of care... I discovered a defect on one of my figurines where a detail broke.

Delivery a day late (not that serious). Package a little too light on figure protection.

everything is perfect

Site to be recommended

I browsed the site on my phone, so the experience on a computer may be different. The site is well designed and everything is well explained, just that I found that the search was not always very practical (put back the drop-down menu at the top when you've just selected an option, for example).

Not always easy to select the items you want to see

Site bien

Fast and efficient delivery. The item was very well protected for delivery. The site is very good but perhaps put the pre-orders at the end of the list of items.

Fast

Good site and good delivery only mu had a little one with a not brand new box but otherwise perfect.

no worries

My order arrived quickly and well protected

Fast and easy site navigation, and 1 day delay for delivery but it's not serious at all

Great site, nothing to complain about so far.

The staff are very responsive when you have a problem, but orders are not always sufficiently protected. The most recent one was wandering freely in the box, even though I had asked for it to be well protected during transport. Otherwise, fast delivery and very good service!

received quickly but please improve your PACKAGING. no bubble wrap just the box in a cardboard box.

Fast and efficient

Overall quite satisfied

the site is well thought out and easy to navigate, but one of the boxes was ripped open and I display them with the figurines. I think it's a shame, but the figurines are in good condition.

Beautiful figurine, but please take care of the boxes before sending them as my husband, who is a great collector, is as fond of the boxes as he is of the figurine, too bad.

Ordered figurine sailor moon eternal gliter and glamour and received instead figurine sailor moon glitter and glamour and not eternal what a disappointment!

Fast, responsive customer service, product as described. Fast delivery, the only drawback I'd like to note is the absence of a "air cushion" type of protection inside the box containing the figurine. Be careful in the event of a fall or a very fragile product.
