The figurines are very good, but the cardboard was poorly protected, so the boxes were damaged a little, otherwise very satisfied.

The site is very good. However, the list of favourites is much less practical.

Deliveries in less than 1 week. Beautiful figurines. Only downside, delivery not free. Would recommend.

I ordered a shenron plush which I received quickly. It is of good quality but it was simply laid out in a cardboard box without protection as a result my light green plush has traces of rubbing from the cardboard box and I cannot wash it in the washing machine.

The delivery and processing costs are very high I ordered on this site because I had no other choice it was a special request for an ado purchase 13.90€ costs 6.90€ for a figurine of 7cm so no link with the weight however standard delivery times respected

Positive: Clear website, order delivered quickly. Negative: The type of product appeared on the packaging (beware of mowing...).

Collected in 2 days, very well protected and of good quality. I highly recommend it, even if shipping costs are a bit high, but that's just a detail.

If I had been dishonest, not having signed for my parcel when it arrived in my box, I could have said that I had not received it.

Delivery delayed because the delivery drivers did not take the time to go up to the accessible apartment. Delivery had to be postponed to a relay point. Beyond that, received the package in very good condition and satisfied with the purchase. Delivery could be improved. Thank you.

product ordered easily, conforms to the description, received quickly only downside: fortunately it was well packaged because the deliveryman threw it over the garden fence...

I ordered an item with express home delivery and the deliveryman postponed the delivery 3 times without any reason. I finally had to fall back on a relay point. I'm not satisfied with the delivery service (DPD).

No doubt I was expecting better from the figurine, the delivery is perfect, as is the information about it, an excellent point. BUT, 20 euros for a figurine that's almost 2 times smaller than a pop, that's insulting.

I'm very disappointed with the delivery as I took the express delivery option but the delivery man seemed unprofessional. He called me at 8.47pm on a Friday evening because he couldn't find my address and indeed he was in the wrong village. I waited for him to come but he never did. I got my parcel on Wednesday from my neighbor! I don't understand why I was given a code then? The deliveryman didn't even call to tell me that he was finally delivering my parcel. It's a real shame.

Nothing to say about the site itself. The order was dispatched quickly. However, I was very unhappy with the delivery because I received a parcel that was completely torn, the boxes of the figurines I ordered were completely damaged (a pity because they were Christmas presents...) and the order form was hanging on the top of the parcel so it was there for everyone to see... So I'm very happy with the site but very unhappy with the delivery, which is a shame.

Very good site, with lots of choice, I had a few delivery problems because of Covid and a broken figurine on arrival at their premises replaced directly by another figurine of my choice.

The figurines are perfect, always in good condition, good quality, fast shipping! I could have put 5 stars on it, but I'm still disappointed to have to pay so much with customs in Overseas France, even if in the end I still come out ahead in terms of quality and price.

Very good, fast delivery and well-protected box. On the other hand I had not understood that the product would be sent long after the purchase, it was not marked clearly enough, but apart from that nothing to complain about! I'll be back

There were no problems whatsoever with site navigation, tracking, etc. What's more, the product was very well packaged and protected, and the service provided is superb and almost beyond reproach. The only downside was the huge delay in delivery, almost a month and a half after the original estimated date, but this was due to the health crisis.
