Still nothing received, in my case.
Big delay, then no idea if it's mangatori or the post office.

Received quickly and very well packaged. Too bad the figure has a hole on the hair but I think it's due to the manufacturing process.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Our logistics team does its best to process orders quickly while offering the best possible packaging, which is why your products are intact, despite the condition of your box, which was probably damaged by the carrier. Please be assured that our team remains at your disposal for any further information. Sincerely, The Mangatori team

Very ergonomic site. It's just a shame that there were major delivery problems. I received my order a week after the planned date, but the site bounced back well to offer me faster delivery.

Order received quickly, only negative point, the shipping box was a little tight so one of my two ordered items had its box damaged.

Site rich in articles but navigation not very fluid. Preparation of the order rather fast but the follow-up of the delivery is catastrophic with delay of delivery. To be reviewed

Very good delivery times, reasonable price for a delivery, but box damaged on arrival. Avoid stuffing products into a box that's too small, or use the right amount of protection, without compressing the items like crazy. It's a shame, because the rest of the service is excellent.

I have placed several orders on the site, but I forgot to include a figurine in my parcel, which was fortunately sent to me in another order. What I regret is that for several orders and hundreds of euros, there is no small gift (key ring etc...) like other sellers on other sites.

Very well designed site, it's easy to navigate and find what you're looking for quickly. Very satisfied with the communications I received after ordering, my products were shipped extremely quickly, it took a few extra days to receive them but that's not due to Mangatori. I'm giving it 4 stars because I asked customer service a question about another order and I still haven't received an answer... but that's probably because I'm too impatient, and overall I'm very satisfied.
