I've nothing to complain about in terms of customer service and delivery, but the only downside is the diversity of products, which could still be improved.

Pay 26 euros in total for a figurine worth 13 in store bah ... I tell you it hurts the hindquarters. Plus my parcel was FREE SERVICE at Auchan, which means that the first pecno to pass by could have helped himself, which is really nonsense...

Response from Mangatori
Hello, You have paid a total of 21.80€ and not 26€. Including €4.90 for shipping. Our prices are market prices for most of the products in our catalog. Concerning the self-service relay, it is the relay that is responsible for their organization.

I received my product well protected and in perfect condition. On the other hand, for a first delivery in a relay point, it was really a disaster but the problem was quickly solved.

Order arrived in perfect condition at the relay point. However, there was a big problem with the tracking of the parcel. I received an email telling me that the order had been prepared, then nothing. Worried after 10 days, I decided not to go and see the relay point. The parcel was available and I only had 4 days left to collect it. Otherwise, the figurine is perfectly packaged and in perfect condition. Just delivery problems.

Several days late because Mangatori had forgotten to include the invoice for the unwinding...so the Christmas present arrived after Christmas, which is a shame when you order 3 weeks in advance.

Figurine too small and not too similar to the image shown on the site. Fast delivery but a bit expensive as the figurine could have been put in a bubble envelope.

I bought an All Might figurine (Banpresto) to give as a gift and the person loved it, the figurine was exactly what you see on the site! Delivery was pretty fast! I wouldn't hesitate to buy more figurines from this site!

Mangatori has the best prices on certain products, which is very cool. My order was received on time, the only problem being that the boxes of figurines are all damaged.
