The best Japanese merchandise at the best price

Figure in good condition, sent and received on time

The navigation on the site is well done, the figurines are well indicated, I don't regret ordering my figurines.

I'm looking forward to taking advantage of your promotions again.

Very fast!

My delivery was delayed by a month due to an event beyond their control: one of my items was missing because the company managing Mangatori's removal had lost the box containing the figurine and only handed it over when they returned from vacation (i.e. back to school). (I don't know how long before Mangatori would have informed me, as I contacted them 3 days after ordering, i.e. the day before the estimated delivery date. However, I've had regular exchanges and the replies have been prompt from customer service. Even if it's not their fault, the service didn't hesitate to make me a commercial gesture for this one-month delay in relation to the estimated delivery. (Delivery was impeccable. The site is pleasant to consult, but the only negative point is the sorting. I just think it's a shame that I can't sort by release date on each license or in the "pre-orders" tab, when the function only exists for the "new releases" tab.

very good site ,lots of choice ,well placed price levels ,fast delivery ,satisfied for my 1st order

Nothing to say! Very good product quality

Delivery errors, late replies, very disappointed, too bad I thought this site was serious.

Arriving early and complying with health requirements

The items arrived in good condition and on time, as always. Excellent site for enthusiasts. Good prices, courtesy, kindness and availability.

Fast delivery, thank you!

Easy to access site, search by type of figurine required, reasonable price.

Quality website

Site rich in articles but navigation not very fluid. Preparation of the order rather fast but the follow-up of the delivery is catastrophic with delay of delivery. To be reviewed

Quick and careful delivery. Quality is there, nothing to complain about.

Parcel arrived on the expected day (expected between 2-4 days and received 3 days after the order) and the box of the figurine and the figurine itself were perfect with no damage or anything.

Very fast and arrived in good condition

Great mug... arrived on time and well protected! We recommend

Very good, tracking from order to shipment, top packaging, well-protected product, excellent (it's good to see packaging done with care). I'll definitely recommend.
