This is my 1st order from Mangatori and I wouldn't classify it as one of my most trusted sites. I ordered 2 figurines and one of them arrived with a corner of its box completely dented (not because of transport, as the package was unharmed and protected inside as it should have been). The seller therefore knowingly put a damaged box in my parcel, which I find shameful.

Problem when the parcel was delivered: of the three items ordered, box 1 was damaged because it was either already damaged before shipping or because the packaging was too small for the size of the item (the shipping packaging was just the size of the item's box, so there wasn't enough space to "neutralize" any shipping problems).
