An attractive site with very good customer service, but there's one area for improvement: the diversity of figurines and other goodies on offer for certain licenses.

Pre-order item arriving late, but not because of mangatori, just remember to update the product arrival date in this case.

I've never ordered from this site before and I'm quite satisfied: the parcel was well protected... Fortunately, because the deliveryman had thrown it over the gate (a big fear, knowing that the base of the figurine ordered was made of resin)... I know I'd indicated the letterbox and that the box might have been too big to fit, but the doorbell didn't ring, even though I was at home when the delivery was made, at around 11am. More fear than harm in the end, especially as it's not really to do with the site itself but more to do with my choice to opt for Colissimo at home rather than a Point Relais... Apart from that, the parcel arrived quickly and in perfect condition and I'm very grateful for the 7% discount offered!

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the figurine, it's exactly like the photos and I didn't know Mangotori so I was a bit septic but I ordered it and it took 2 days.

Fast delivery. Product well packed and secured in the parcel. E-mails at each stage of the order and good tracking of shipment. All in all, competent figurine professionals. I'll certainly be going through them again in the future.
