The box arrived slightly damaged, but the figurine is fine. The figurine, on the other hand, is in perfect condition. Perhaps the inner protection of the parcel could be reinforced a little more.

First order on this site, I was surprised by the speed only 12 days to receive my parcel during the Christmas period.parcel very well packed but small negative point only of the bubble wrap to protect the cardboard of the figurine and no cardboard around the packing. In conclusion, I highly recommend this site.

Happy with my purchase. The figurines are as presented on the site. The delivery time was respected but it's not easy to get a precise date on the site. That said, everything is fine. Thanks to you, I will recommend figurines again.

No customer service, no reply to our mail, photo etc... Positive point: fast shipping, but apart from that, if you receive a figurine in poor condition, good luck with a refund, or anything else, they don't respond.

I've had a very bad experience. Customer service responds quickly, but their logistics leave a lot to be desired. I ordered a batch of wcf figurines (5) and only received one. Well, that can happen, but today I received the remainder of the order, 4 figurines, and in this batch there's the same figurine I received a few days before (even though I'd sent a photo of the first one).(It's been a week since I placed my order and it's still not complete.
That's why I'm rating this site today. At the moment I'm waiting for them to reply to my email, sent early afternoon. It's a shame because it was my first order with them and I think it'll be my last. I'm going to stick to my reference sites. I'm sorry, one mistake I can understand, it can happen, but two, given the competition on the market, isn't great. Two stars for their customer service, because despite everything, I always got a reply. The stars in - are for processing my order.
