Customer reviews of Mangatori

Perfect

Top and fast Product well packaged and meets my expectations

Perfect!

I recommend

Very good product.. complete satisfaction. Delivery on point within the expected time.

Package ordered for several months and sent directly as soon as it was available, excellent.

Well, I don't know yet since it's a gift for Christmas, but I think it's going to work out

months and months of waiting for pre-orders (while there were no issues getting everything else on the day) and a half-order sent after threats of complaint following yet another unsuccessful refund request, move along.

Product matching the description my daughter will be delighted.

Satisfied

Very disappointed by the current degradation. Order placed more than 6 months ago. Customer service unreachable, order tracking nonexistent. Delay due to a permanently unavailable item but still for sale on the site. Received a voucher to compensate, which I used on another figurine that is also unavailable. I will not order from this site for a while, until they can resolve their supplier issues and we will see.

Very good site, fast shipping, I highly recommend.

Perfect!

Terrible customer service, order still pending receipt, I don't even want my order anymore but given the level of customer service I wonder if the return process will be worth it, we'll see if I ever receive the package.

Nickel, well packaged.

After more than ten orders placed for items of varying value, I confirm for any new buyer that the site is reliable for acquiring figurines (having not tested other products). Each product received was in accordance with the description on the site and I did not notice any shortcomings regarding the shipping of the products. However, be informed that the dates provided on the site for delivery are not reliable. From what I could understand, not all items are necessarily in stock with them and supplier orders can add more or less significant delays. For the more impatient, this can pose a problem, but as far as I am concerned, I did not have any particular alerts. Customer service remains available if needed even though I did not receive a response via the form available on the site, I had to reach out to them in other ways. I recommend the site for the variety of available items, some quite rare products can be found there. However, the management of stock and its display on the site remains a negative point. Due to their supply system, an item marked as available with several copies on the site can become unavailable from one day to the next without any particular reasons. I thank the teams, overall the shopping experience is satisfactory.

compliant product

Very good figurine and at a good price

Very fast delivery and product as described

The paper is still excellent. A big thank you to the after-sales service of Mangatori, patient and efficient without whom I would never have received my order from April. Gratitude

Waiting time too long, lack of communication about stock ...
